Anyone here lucky enough to be getting one ?

It’s going to be a very special car…

If it's around the rumoured 1450kg that will be tempting

what an anticlimax, looks absolutely horrible.

I was told that this is going to be the best looking ferrari in a decade...

Plus 1. Love the nod to the Testarossa to the rear. Sadly I'd bet they'll all be destined to become garage queens.

Least they are making a few more, but still only 599

Ps. Has the weekend PH person missed this news?

that looks very nice - carbon tub, mid-engined V12, targa. Can only complain about the lack of a manual (and the price) if you want to nitpick. It looks like Ferrari at least can still design pretty cars, unfortunately they are all in the Icona series and cost a lot.

Where is the PH article? Guess they are asleep at the wheel!

Takes some design cues from the famous racers of the 60's and 70's but nothing like as beautiful. Not sure about the Testarossa aping at the rear either. Works on the TR but not here I'm afraid.

For the money? I'd take a 288 GTO

Like all current Ferraris, the styling is awful.

The back end is a mess from any angle, the way the bodywork flows from the mid-section to the rear looks crumpled like it’s been in a rear-end shunt. Not a classic Ferrari design at all.

The Daytona SP3 is heavily influenced by the Pininfarina Ferrari P5 from 1968.
