I was fortunate enough to be followed by one of these today, in white, from Wickham to Southwick. A very lovely thing sir!
It belongs to a guy local to me,he's had it for years, his mates got two red ones, both guys are local to Southampton, You can find the white one on You Tube.
I was told that they will be at the "Retro Rides Show" at Goodwood on Saterday & Sunday.
Old thread, but I just saw it for the first time. If either of you ever find yourselves in southern California, you're welcome to take my '72 out for a day. It sat for years (I've owned it for 21 years) with many issues, but several years ago, I got tired of just looking at it, so I had it restored and improved to where I drive it every weekend. Thunderously loud, freakeshly torquey, and now quite potent with over 500hp, it can now finally outrun my XKR. Let me know when you're coming, and I'll have her all gassed up and ready to go.

There was a white one in Group 4 spec (flared arches no wing) at the last Goodwood Breakfast Club which looked stunning -reg PUS999
I've seen that car as well at Goodwood, think it might be quite local, Not normally a lover of white but it seems to suit the Pantera's.
along with 911's and 3 door Cosi's

Attended a late night organized car meet last night with a friend and fellow Pantera owner. Over 300 cars showed up after 9pm. We were asked to park in the "exotics" parking area.
I should think so to, that's where they belong. Must be great to have a climate that you can carry on having car meetsall year round unlike the UK. great photo ,
Every Sunday morning in a small shopping center in Malibu, CA across the street from the ocean, hundreds of cars gather to show off, talk automotive, and meet new friends. Always a spectacular collection of supercars and collectibles. Noteworthy this past Sunday was the appearance of 3 De Tomaso Panteras. My car is the one on the right, my friend Riley's on the left, and new Pantera owner (3 weeks) Aaron's Mint green Pantera in the middle. The crescendo from those three caused quite a racket.

Looks idylic ,you guys are so lucky living where you do,just as we are battening down the hatches for the winter you are still going,Can only imagine what the 3 Pantera's must sound like when started and driving off even when the V8 is a way of life in the
States still turn heads and put a big smile on peoples faces, The mint green car is unusual ,comes over almost white in the photo
but in the Californis sun must really pop, For years i've felt i was born in the wrong country , Must be something to do with my Polish
born dad who was 2 weeks away from getting on a boat from the UK to migrate to California after the 2nd world war and run into my mum ,
the rest is history,

Hey rat rod,
Since in Los Angeles we get approximately 360 days per year of pure sunshine, there are dozens of car meet events every week, and on every day of the week. The biggest problem is deciding which events to attend. Also, my parents were both Polish and came after liberation from Concentration Camp, my dad via Rome, my mom via Stockholm. I keep inviting you to take a flight out, you can use the Pantera while here and we'll attend some incredible car shows. The mint green one does indeed look white or washed out in the picture but in person it's a light mint color that's actually not bad looking. At this meet, where typically there might be 30 Lambos, 30 Ferraris, 75 Porsches, and a dozen McLarens, the Panteras still garner some attention especially from those walking around that are older than 50 years of age. My friend Riley who owns the other red Pantera in the pictures (he bought his after test driving mine about 3 years ago) just installed electric power steering in his car from an after market Pantera parts vendor, and I'm ordering mine as well. Changes the whole experience.

Sounds like we got a lot in common,my dad had a offer from the Germans while visiting his country ,join up in the Polish /German
navy or be shot, Was posted to the Italian riviera and swopped sides when the yanks invaded Italy , then got posted
to the South of France at a latter date, Lucky or what compared to some .Got demobbed in the UK when news came of his mothers
death and after losing his dad to the Germans and his brother to the Russians he put his name down to emigrate to California ,
but as i said 2 weeks away from leaving fate happened, I should be there with you guys, no wonder i've been driving American cars old and
new for the last 30 years along with Italian stuff. I'm sure your mum and dad could tell a story or two. they all went though so much.
The power steering sounds like a good move ,a lot of the older Ferrari's like Daytona's are having them fiited overhere what with
the extra traffic the modern world brings, Must be a hard life keeping up with all the car meets in all that sunshine not to mention
those miles of sandy beaches , Sounds idyllic,
