Seeing how great the sub £50k deals are and the interest rates I am now contemplating a loan that is higher.

Ofcourse with underwriters they sometimes have an amount where there is a step change in interest rates hence the £75+ query.

I can seem to raise 15k seperately @ 3% interest rate for 3years on a balance transfer but that takes me to £65k.

Following from Sid's thread:

Lombard @ 4%, but they want you to have a relationship with Natwest already. Otherwise they will only do it as a biz asset.
Cyldesdale/Virgin Money @ 4.2%, but the motor must be 5yrs or younger.

Pork do 5.9% as do some Donkey dealers. Others do 6.9%.

Barclays do 5% upto £50k, but that is straight repayment.

One way is a cheap loan from Tesco Bank for £25k and another form Virgin money / Lombard for £50K ?
The 2 combine loans would have repayments of about £1675 per month approx over 4 years

Rob Flintan (Supercarfinance) brokers my car purchases.

Personal circumstances will be the biggest factor in what deposit/rate the lenders can offer - so different for each individual.

I’m currently being offered around 6.4-6.9% due to income pattern not being typical
