R8 GT Polycarbonate Rear Window Damage

Hi

I have an R8 Gt with a polycarbonate rear window. This had some existing delamination at the top from sun damage.

Last week I had the car valeted and despite letting them know that it had a polycarbonate rear window I now have pitting across the whole window from overspray of whatever was used on the car.

Does anyone have any thoughts or solutions beyond the valeter’s insurance and getting a new rear window ( a snip at £4913.31p)?
