1.2 mile drag race. I like GTR just not sured why you'd buy it. Heavy so not good for circuit and even tuned well you can see!

Drag racing is not for me but I'm surprised with all the aero and downforce that the 675LT is so impressive and murders the merc.
I'm sure its in the twisties and tight corners that the 675LT would excel even more.

It was a hot day with 47c intake temps at the start of the day the queues were very long everyone heat soaked before we'd even started unfortunately. If you over tune with just a remap that adds boost on a hot day tuned car can often be slower than when you don't tune them. All the drivers going for it generally. PPL would love to have a vid of their tuned AMG GTR beating the Mac 675LT which is a very fast car. Keep it quiet

Its a funny one those Vmax events. I know of a few M5/M6 virtually hitting 200 with just a re-map?! M5 especially. 2 Tons of breeze block and can still match things like a same powered Pagini thats like 6/700 kg lighter and much more aero.. I can see that the aero may have a more negative affect when getting right up the mph range but even from a stand still the races are very close when on paper they shouldn't be.
Power to weight...?!
Go buy a 20k F10 M5 and spend 1k on downpipes and a remap and you will be in top 10 of some serious machines
