A few of us slid off the track hence shortened from 1.3 miles to 1.2 miles for safety at guess. In the wet you must be uber careful as i found out on my first outing at RAF Kendrew being crossed up at 215mph splash landed at 30mph into boggy field hence only got a £3k bill from my indy 9e all fine.

This was a few months on and they have three layers of hay bails where I slid into same field. Poor fellow had spent £350,000 with 9ff and his very first run at RAF Kendrew.

An expensive day out, as insurer unlikely to pay out?

Mine would have been happy to pay if VMAX were ATCO members this pic is post last Sat at VMAX wink. I've asked Craig to have a think about ATCO. She's still a fast comfortable GT drives almost stock (clutch little higher sachs 890nm but servo assisted so light) has no right to be going up a run way like that on 96,000 miles. Excellent bahnstormer.

Sorry just re read the German guy driving the silver 911 threatened to sue VMAX for too short a braking distance ridiculous if you watch his vid he simply forgot to brake. I cant watch it its frightening what happens to him. He doesn't know he's going to hit the hay bails hard so worse. I knew I'd had it I was aquaplaning the min I braked on 1.6mm tyres so very thankful we just slid to halt but car had to be towed out of field by tractor. Ken at 9e says he never removed so much mud from under car in his life but guess that saved me and the car. 8 lives left smile

Bad luck Imi but nice to see you back on track I listened with headphones you car sounds like a low flying jet.

Out of those two I'd take the SVJ. Never thought I'd say that but thats how much confidence I have in Mcl.
