The guy has had six months to road register it so we can safely conclude it is not a road legal production car as claimed ?

I think he only took delivery recently, I don't believe it was delivered in Monterey last August as claimed. As if you look at the company's facebook posts over the period they have displayed a chassis with wheels and bodywork that exactly match this customer car. Although I'm not sure the situation re crash testing and emissions certification, as despite looking can't find any info anywhere regarding that.
