Many thanks

Auto protect do a £350k policy, not sure if it’s available direct though or only through a dealer

It’s a combined product so either, whichever is highest according to their website

No finance owed, am insured with the admiral group - if the worst was to happen I would like the purchase price back or the vehicle replaced like for like (however the current cars listed for sale at present are above what I paid by 5k to 15k for a similar mileage car).
Am not sure if my insurance company would only pay out the trade value of the car or the current market retail value - so would be happy to pay for the gap insurance if this is required.
I did this on the Gallardo and it was not much money however most seem not to cover any purchase price above 150k hence me asking the question.
Am happy using the Admiral product as me and my father have 4 cars with them before someone just states get a better higher value insurence policy etc.
