Hey guys,

Earlier in the year I drove to Monaco and back (from Herts) which was great but we made up the route ourselves and feel we might have missed out on some good stuff and some good company. Next year, I fancy doing something similar but perhaps with more like-minded people. Hence, was looking at 'supercar' tours but I'm not interested in those tours that have the sole interest in going as fast as possible wherever they go. I want to see some sights, meet some nice people and enjoy myself.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?

cheers,

Matt

Similar to above: http://driveespana.com/itineraries which friends have done & enjoyed - Spain is a very open & relaxed country to drive - another whose daily drives seem to be longer is https://www.luxuryrallies.com/

Lamborghini Club (UK) is arranging a chateau run (for Lambos, obviously) on 25 to 28 June. The run last year was great fun. Some pictures are at https://www.instagram.com/p/Bzj6FStFw2m/

Yep, done afew with Mark and Allison, there is a reason their escorted tours get booked a year in advance. Been on supercars and super passes, the Italian job, Norway trip, and the dam busters tour. Each has been amazing and unforgettable, meeting new people and lifelong friends..

I’d do more but cannot take all the time off work. It’s not just a tour it’s an experience

Do it twice, once with like minded people and once on your own.

On your own is best though.

Thanks guys, this is very useful. One other problem I discovered during the trip to Monaco was I didn't give myself enough time - tried to cram everything into 5 days and the average daily mileage was >400 - was tough going after a couple of days so going to spread things out a little more! Maybe with the exception of the first day where it's hard to avoid the long slog to the start of the good stuff smile
