For all of those including me who have an older car and want to be able to play Spotify / music through the car speakers then I have found the answer

It is an amazing device that plugs in to your cig lighter, wireless Bluetooth connection to your phone and then connects via a spare FM frequency (which it tells you) and then play your spotify. Sat Nav, phone etc also comes through the speakers. It is really really easy to do.

The quality is surprisingly excellent too.
