Gallardo brakes locked on
Discussion
Hello all,
Not driven my car for only 2 weeks and it will go into gear but will not move. It feels like the handbrakes or brakes are locked on.
To make matters worse it is parked nose first towards my garage so I can only try and get them off in reverse and don't want to fry the clutch.
What can I do?

pushing the car had no affect
as you expect, using the engine immediately created clutch stink - not good
water had no affect
wd40 had no effect
back to the garage wall and feet pushing on a tyre had no affect
shouting at it helped a bit
in the end i managed to get a sharp screwdriver in between pad and disc
atb

I usually reverse up and down the drive a couple of times braking heavily before shoving it in the garage after washing. This seems to help after suffering the same problem with my Gallardo. It also helps to displace any water from grills, wing mirrors etc that you can dry off last thing.
PS if you have a long enough drive you can probably get one of the servants to do it for you...
