which should in itself make this statement on their front page "Founded over fifteen years ago" a violation of the trade description act.

I think that the ASA now includes claims made on websites if people were inclined to complan about the accuracy of the claims being made.

As for website presence, there must be someone on here with enough tech savvy to repost that video of the TV programme so it appears at/near the top of Google searches for the new business. We're not in France and it is documented fact, so you should get away with it.
