Went last year and can say it's worth going to just to see the car park! Add a couple of 360 challenge races, historic GT, historic F1 and demonstration laps in the 2000 F1 and it was a damn good day. All the Ferraris leaving the circuit when the day is over is a sight to behold as well.
The missus and I went on the Sunday and did the Ferrari hospitality package; not sure I would do this again- it's more fun in the main circuit. We also did the owners cavalcade in the 456. I did think this was going to be pants- tootle around the circuit at 20mph in a long line of other cars. WRONG! We were briefed beforehand that we would get two laps and that we must keep the speed down. Welllll..... 20 yards onto the circuit, an F40 about 5 cars in front of us came to a standstill for about 30 secs. Then he NAILED it. That was enough. We all went for it and had half a lap of the indy circuit before we caught up with the rest of the cars, about 40 in total. Did this for 7-8 laps and it was an unique experience. I got to follow my dream car around too, a 288 GTO. I have all this on video (not digital unfortunately).
Turns out that it is quite hard to get onto the cavalcade. Was parked up next to David Yu and his 355, and had a nice chat with him. He got on at the last minute, probably because of his connection with EVO, a long time after other owners had been turned down. Mmmm.
I'll definitely go again this year, probably the Sunday.

Craig,
I've just had the stuff through with the 'Ferrari News' magazine. Basically, the application form is for the hospitality package, in the double decker unit overlooking Paddock Hill bend. It's £117.50 per person. If you give me a fax number or an address, I can fax/post it to you since I'm not going to do it this year. You will need to provide an FOC number, so ring the office if you need to hurry it up.
If you don't want this package, you can buy a ticket on the day or in advance, either from the website or on 01327 850235. If you turn up in a Ferrari, you will be parked in the Ferrari only area. Yes, THAT area.
See ya
