Can you sell me an engine?

I have been outside and the only cover I can see it a metal thing with water in it. It's says to remove it slowly. Does this help?
There is also a plastic bottle with blue liquid in it. Should there be oil in this? There is no cap with 710 on it. Is this number the power of the engine?
Close, the 710 cap should be on top of the rocker cover which should be made of metal (maybe carbon fibre on yours). If you unscrew it you may find a creamy substance coating the underside - this signifies that you engine also has the modified cylinder head with water cooled oilways.
If you only have the blue water bottle and the radiator (the bit with remove slowly on it) and just a big gap in the middle then this could be another reason for the sluggishness uphill.

As to the problem with uphill performance, my friend had this same issue - it was due to the level checker on the directional input device - easily fixed.
Cheers,
JSG.
Yes it is easy, but only if you have a left-handed screwdriver.
I'd recommend use of rat poison and a lump hammer - much more effective.

classic stuff, is he back from giving them know nothings down at the garage hell yet
Sorry Chassis, but the Ferrari engine in a Fiat thing has already been done - you might as well give up now because it's old hat. I put a twin-turbocharged V8 from an F40 into my Cinquecento in 1998. It was what is called a stealth install. The all-alloy 3.5 litre Ferrari unit was modified to look uncannily similar to the standard 899cc motor from the Fiat. Painted in light colours, the turbochargers resembled the washer bottle and coolant reservoir but with fatter pipes.
Several members of this forum will testify to the performance of my amazing car, reason is the Ferrari and Fiat clubs wouldn't let me in for bastardising their products, but the City Region TVR Car Club were well up for it so I joined them on several countryside cruises. I couldn't do any trackdays though because I couldn't meet the noise abatement procedures.
Take a look here http://web.ukonline.co.uk/pikeynet/99/02/feb99.htm for pictures. One shows me taking the springs off the wastegates to lower the boost. The wheelspin on the damp roads was causing problems with directional stability and the chaps were getting a bit fed up with me leaving them all for dead.

I took went to the Fiat dealers and i had a debate with a man called Steve at the counter.
I had printed out the information you gave me and he took it away to show the people in the mechanical area with the cars.
He said he would keep it so he could pass on the information to other customers.
He also told me I could work for them when I maybe get more experience because my ideas sounded so much fun. He was smiling all the time.
I am thinking you guys have helped me in improving my life, I thank you very much.

Now I feel very confused. OK so you think my car may already have a Ferrari engine in it? I do not think so since I have much trouble trying to go up hills.
This is a common problem for Ferrari-engined Fiats. You have plenty of power at your disposal, you just need to adjust your flux capacitor. That and about 40 Gigawatts of electricity, and you are ready to make the jump.
