Weird Electrical Fault - Hellllllp!!!

Strange one this! If I put my foot on the brakes, with the lights switched off, the offside headlamp and instrument panel lights illuminate dimly. I noticed it when I was parking in my garage Sunday afternoon. I guess it's probably an earthing problem somewhere (or maybe a short buried in the loom). I haven't a clue where to start with this one. Anyone had experience of this or got any suggestions where to start looking - e.g where are the most likely earthing points to give a problem?

I've had this one, put one of the rear bulbs in around the wrong way. I would suggeat checking the bulbs.

Haven't had a bulb change but I did have a well stuffed boot full of luggage coming back from Cornwall so I may have knocked or disturbed a bulb. Good tip, I'll take a look.
