Chaps, anyone know if i have any recourse on a well know fast food out let after i drove through and ripped the exhuast off on a speed bump the size of a hill. there were no signs pointing to speed bumps and once in i had to go over them as there was a huge number of people behind me.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about the exhaust. I think by law speed humps have to comply with regulations as in height and spread. They should also be sign posted however I am not sure if thats law.

It may well be worth talking to the fast food place to see if an agreement can be made. None of these places like to have bad press.

Good luck with your claim.

I nearly had a bad one on the M6 tonight there was a load of bricks in the road and I had no choice but to hit one, I felt it all the way down but go out ok, then I saw a guy in a rover parked on the hard shoulder, waiting for the AA, with a massive brick or probably few bricks wedged under his car, it was so big that a cerbera would have probably just pushed out of the way like a snow plough.
