cerbera died on me

Went to start my cerbera today and it made the most horrendous screeching noise and would not start - was out yesterday no problem - called the RAC and they were not sure what it was but will take the car to my local dealer tomorrow, the only thing the RAC bloke said was "sound expensive!!"

sounds like the starter ?? had mine changed under warranty. After the short time from pressing the starter button it would make a horrible noise, sounded like the starter would only pre engage but not catch ?? i used to engage quickly once cut it and then again fortunately mine would always start after that.
