, I was wondering what people think of them. Naming and shaming is frowned upon on here, so we can get round this by informing members who are the good dealers.
My Cerbie broke (twice) within a month of me shelling out 30k to Chris Neil.However,the service that I have recieved has been superb, in excess of what I recieved from my BMW dealership with my last car. My car was collected from me, a courtesy car supplied, and my car returned to me spotless when repairs had been effected. I am very fussy and gave them a long list of problems ranging from niggles to downright expensive items (new diff/brakes etc)to be done whilst they had the car. They dealt with all problems successfully and without complaint and I have total faith in them if anything does go wrong in the future.If you read the threads here,a dealer comment which crops up all too often seems to be "they all do that Sir" which is just not good enough. This is something I have yet to hear.
