Can you get one in the back of a Cerbie. Alas the Griff is going to have to go..a Cerbera is my only hope.. Also any tips on what to look for in terms of reliability, age 4.2/4.5 etc.. All help gratefully appreciated, otherwise I'm going to have to get an M3/Impreza or something....AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH !!!!

You can get a baby seat in the back of a cerby, although it is a bit of a squeeze. If you look at the thread titled Child Seats there are a few mentioned there that fit. The TVR ones are no good until the child is 9 months old. As for 4.2 / 4.5 I have a 4.5 which is very well suited to the kind of driving that I do, 20-30 mile journeys on open roads. I have had no reliability issues at all to date. Even when compared to a griff the performance will knock your socks off.

You can definately get a baby seat in the back. A certain Mr and Mrs D Beckhams cerby was parked in my dealers a while ago. It had a child seat in the back - a custom job I suspect as it had Brooklyn stiched into the leather!

The custom child seat you have seen was done at the factory when the car was ordered. I was up there and happened to be in the trim shop upstairs when they were stiching in the name. Probably seen as good publicity. Mike

Good publicity? That nonce driving a Tiv? I don't think so. The sooner he gets rid the better I reckon.

Think he sold it some time ago, probably after it broke down outside his house and the Sun took a picture with the AA in attendance, under the headline "give us a Posh, Becks". Oh, how I laughed...

The Custom Child Seat is a factory option available to any Cerbera customer - including having the childs name stitched in it, so nothing too special for Posh and Becks then .....

You get a half hide child seet free if you order a Cerbie. Full hide costs extra. All you have to do is ask. All very sweet. If you order a Tuscan R, you get even more flexibility. I'm haveing carbon fibre dog seats in mine
