Cerbera Door Seals

I have a late 97 Cerbera which I got fairly recently. It has a lot of wind noise from around the passenger window but none from the drivers side. I cannot easily see how to adjust the door or sort this niggle out. Has anybody got an idea of a successful method of tackling this, or is it just part of the character !
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I also have a late 97 4.2 that I had from new. I had the same prob, the dealer fixed it by changing the seals. I recently had it resprayed and a reed (or read) switch replaced and the problem has come back. It's only at 80mph Plus.
