TVR - Excellent Service Department
Discussion
Firstly I agree with the thread about how good TVRs are and why everyone should own one at least once in their life.
On another good note I received a phone call from Blackpool (Paul in servicing) stating that my engine is making a funny noise and they will have to rebuild it.(Six Million Dollar man style)
The best part about the phone call was that not only did he phone when he said he would but he explained what they would be doing to solve the problem (Stripping the engine down, etc) he also gave me timescales on when it would all be done and a promise of another phone call on progress in the middle of next week.
Something that I have never experienced from BMW or VW (I know sad for owning those cars but heh! I am on my second TVR so I can't be all that bad!)
He was very nice, spoke plain english, no waffling, straight to the point and apologetic.
All in all a very nice call. the point of this is that even if something does go wrong (touch wood it doesn't) the people and service from TVR is excellent.
(I still can't get the smiley icon thing to work though)
