Mine seems to feels a little elastic / loose on the up take some times, is this normal ?

I beleive its a hydraulics system so it sounds like its got air in it. Have you checked the fluid level. From a quick search on the forum its not an uncommon problem to have the seals go. Most of them seem to go slowly rather that just give up. Some people have had problems when the car got particularly hot.

Had a similar problem with mine, usually after the car has been warmed up, biting point on the clutch just kept rising, turned out the slave cylinder had gone, and have only just got the car back. Take it to a dealer to make sure.

Does feel like the pedal is dry, would not say it felt like air in it.
