Dirty Scrotes

Just got a fixed penalty notice through from Lancashire police. I do however live in London, was on holiday at the time of incident and have only been north of Watford TWICE. Apparently some scrote has copied by number plate and put it on his y reg Jag!!! I wouldn't mind but he has also got me in trouble over parking in a bus stop in Stockport!!

What do I do????
