Are they any good ? where can they be purchased and how much are they ?

Dealer can organise it (probably for a small fee ?), or from Warranty Holdings directly(no phone nubmer to hand - sorry).

We got 1 with our car when we bought it & had about £2,200 worth of paid claims in the 12 months, so considering the warranty cost about £800, it was worth it ! BUT, the garage/dealer doing the work has to have a good relationship with the warranty company, otherwise you'll find the warranty company will try & get out of things they should pay for....
