I am looking to purchase a sports exhaust for my 4.5 Cerb. Does anyone have any recommendations.

We have a JP system bought from Joospeed. Not sure how it compares to other systems though. Anyway, whatever you chose, you wont regret it. Ever.

We should have bought one a looooooooong time ago (only had our exhaust a few months)

I recently heard a Peninsula 4.5 with their own sports pipes and that sounded superb without being too loud.

get de-cat pipes fitted with a standard exhaust instead. Sounds fantastic, is cheaper and is more likely to improve performance

Naturally this is a subjective area but I've heard both a decatted car and as stated earlier a car fitted with sports pipes. Sports pipes soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
much better and no pratting around at MOT time putting the cats back.

Once you feel the incredible weight of the standard system, there is no question that fitting sports pipes is the way to go!
They also look good and sound fantastic too!!!

These pipes are made by joospeed they look fantastic and have a great sound - nothing to do with joospeed so not plugging a product with a vestetd interest, just telling it how I saw it/heard it !!

sure but what about the weight of the cats and you don't actually need to change back at MOT time if your car is running properly

Had mine decatted on Friday by Andy at APM. Regrettably one of my tyres needed to be changed before I could test it's resonance through a certain tunnel on the A272. Didn't sound too different upto about 2000 RPM but at 4500 - 5000 it was outrageous. No sorry it wasn't outrageous it was/is insane. My wife gave me one of those "what have you had done" looks but I haven't stopped smiling. Forget the sports pipes a decat is the only way forward.
