Saturday morning, I pick up a 4.5 98 R Cerb and then have a 3.5 hr drive back down to Essex.

Yahoo!!! So excited I cannot sleep and work is suffering as a result, but dang it all I think it is worth it - and the kids are over the moon as well!!

I had a 3.5 hour trip home when I picked up my shiny new cerb. By the time I got home, I had 3 points on my licence

Enjoy, but watch out for the donut munchers.

weatherboard,

Congrats!

Do you have an email address? and I can post you details about the Mid-Essex TVR region if your interested. Just tried on your profile and it doesn't work.

Alan.

Hi Alf Essex (you can see I am new to this stuff!) Have been to a couple of meets over the past few months, but this one will be very special for me!

I will look forward to talking TIV's as an owner and not just an anorak!

When are you all expecting to arrive?

weatherboard,

superb news. I am hoping to get to the 8th June Essex meet, and Pauline has invited the rest of the Suffolk crew along so it should be a busy one. Hopefully see you there.

weatherboard,

I'll be arranging a convoy for all those Mid Essex members in the E & SE of Essex.

See www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?f=13&t=40371

I'll put times and place on the above link through next week.

Alan.

Cor what a drive 28 C outside and a grin as big as a Cheshire cat. I just did not expect or appreciate the total unrelenting urge from the motor.

It was when I looked down and saw 115 that I thought about slowing down!

Kids, wife, neighbours, friends, all going "wow" - fantastic. More smiles and waves, and if the 2 Chimera drivers I saw near Stansted are reading this cheers you made my day!

See you all on the 8th

Pauline

Cant wait either and the best bit is that Charlotte has said that I can take it to Le Mans in 2 weeks time!!!

Can it get any better??? - Only if TVR finish with a placing.

Am taking my Dad and best friend as well for the first time, and they are over the moon, followed closely by I hate you (He He)

I find (and the family) myself going to the garage and just standing grinning like a maniac.

Mark, thanks mate, it really is the dogs nuts and I am over the moon with it, the only minor prob is that I am going to go over the mileage limit!!

Cheers
Jon
