I drive with the car seat all the way back. My wife, who is shorter, drives with the seat all the way to the front. She is still struggling to reach the pedals.

I know that the height of the pedals can be lifted (towards the driver) to give her a comfortable driving position.Unfortunately, this would put me into an uncomfortable driving position.

Has anyone come across any pedals that can be adjusted quickly (ie in seconds and without the need to get the toolbox out)?

Thanks
DY

Ive got some leven pedels and they are great as the throttle is adjustable, as well as the brake and clutch. I am sure there is a combination to suit shorter drivers, contact them for details www.leventechnology.co.uk

But you are still talking about taking a spanner to them? I suspect there's no easy answer, either get a taller wife or have his 'n' hers matching cars!

Cheers,

just got the new pedals from leven technology, not only do they look great they give an extra couple of inches to the reach,i didnt consider myself short at 5 9 but had to have the seat all the way forward ....now i can get in and out without having to move the seat

the extra reach ones, cant tell you how much better the car feels.....its taken me a few days to get used to them but far more feel, more responsive and a better driving position....and they look the pretty good too....shame to put your feet on them.
