has anyone taken off a door card on there serbera mines a early 4.2,i need to get to the window motor.cant see any screws?

I have an R-reg 4.2. I'm about to remove the door trim on mine to access the internals. You're right, of course - no screws! The trims appear to be secured from the back onto a painted (the colour of your car) GRP frame. The frame is fixed to the door by allen bolts. Undo the bolts around the perimeter of the door and I imagine the frame will come away, exposing the internals.

Yes Part of what seems like the door comes away from the inside section. Ring up your local dealer and speak to one of the technicans for assistance if your not sure.
ask someone at a local dealer for advice or find an article or get your biggest hammer out and smash it
