Foot pedal position

Anyone else got a problem with the positioning of the pedals? If I have to stamp on in an emergency I invariably catch the accelerator at the same time I hit the brake! Ok so I have huge size 12 plates of meat buy they are not that outrageous! Has anyone got any after market pedals that increase separation between the accelerator and the brake?

Yes I got a full set of pedals for mine at LEVEN THAT ARE FULLY ADJUSTABLE FOR TRAVEL AND SPACING
