Space between rear seats

Does anyone know what effect a 7ton subwoofer magnet would have on the immobiliser and alarm modules behind the egg located between the rear seats?

Thanks guys. 10" sub in between rear seats now. Looks the nutz. Sounds good too, but nothing beats the v8 tune that the car plays on full throttle :-)
