As a new Cerbera owner I was wondering if a 4.5 could be chipped ,if so by who etc or are there any other engine mods worth their salt......isnt it the same engine in the tuscan race cars ? 500 bhp?

Doubtful, aren't they fast enough as they are ?

They can be chipped, I know TRS do it and I think there is a place in Hayes well known for doing it (Mark Adams?). Mines been done but it's also had quite a number of other mods so trying to judge the effect is difficult.

Do you have a list of mods, costs etc, potential problems caused (eg higher BHP, more chance of blowing the engine).
Also does it mean you'll have to always go back to the fitter to get it serviced?

Probably looking to make some mods to my 4.5, I've nearly had it 3 years, and 'bout time the suspension got tuned, engine "refined" etc.

Any info appreciated.

Mark Adams only chips the Rover V8's.

I know Tower View Racing do TVR engine upgrade etc, but don't if that include Cerberas. What is certain is that I am convinced there is enough power in a Cerbie to scare the sh*t out of me ... mind you I have never been into one - let alone driven one.
