Cerbera 4.5 Engine Mods

Anyone out there in Internet land know of any performance mods for my 4.5 Cerbie ??.

If so what are the modifications and also their respective gains.
It would be good to hear from anyone actually running a performance modifed 4.5.

There appears to bo a list of mods for the 4.2 but little for the 4.5

The suspsension upgrades sound like they are worth a look...

Where is this list of 4.2 mods? Surely suspension mods and the like are equally applicable to both?
