I thought long and hard on this one
Even got some body shops to quote
Theres a specialst convertor on the south coast who claims to be able to convert anything - specialises in rollers
He and the body shop were considering a project. Never got round to it before matrimonial problems knackered the cash flow.
The cut lines are obvious
The internal roll cage would keep the structure sound
Would look like a big tuscan racer
Id be dead jealous if you did it
A one off wonder!

Its been discussed before on here and on the egroups. Having a removable centre roof section is easily possible, infact I believe Zertec are doing this as we speak. A full convertible would look a bit too mondial. Try making a few PSP prototypes first, usually gives a good indication of what it would look like. Certainly flashers T350 convertable piccy looked superb - would have looked better with the full cage, very modern tuscan racer
Good luck with the project if it goes ahead
