thats good news(about it working)which way did you attach the foil strip?..I was thinking of sticking it lenghth? ways or accross the car? under the rear quarter...

If it's like mine the unit will require securing (with a jubilee clip) to the fuel inlet-pipe, David says this is because the tank (to which the inlet pipe is welded!) represents a large flat area of metal which is what aerials require to work. The position of this then meant I simply ran the antenna across the inside boot, up underneath the lip in front of the boot lid opening, if you see what I mean! Rich...
