An Cerbera Urban Myth?
Discussion
Thought I'd share this amusing conversation I had earlier today. While in a Car Stereo Shop in Southampton (probably should be called a Max Power Outlet) discuss getting the speakers changed..
Chap severing starts informing me that they've done several of 'these cars', including one that had nitrous fitted and was shipped over to the states to do the Cannonball Run... allegedly blew it up!!! and then shipped it back... (this is the short version of the story)
Has anyone heard this story before? Is it an Urban Myth? Will I find luminous lights attached to my windscreen wipers if I get them to do the speakers....

ted - there was a picture through PH a few weeks back showing a cerb with stickers all over that had done something like that - was it the european version? You posted to point out the tiny PH stickers on the wing mirrors.

I had heard that Richard Thorpe (of Wedge Automotive) was putting nitrous on his Cerbera, does anyone no if this reached completion?
I have bought stuff fom Just ICE and from Southside but never had them fit it so it wouldn't be fair to comment (although there's an interesting tale involving a "second hand" boot changer).
I understand that the local trade tend to recommend the guys in Lodge Road (whose name escapes me completely at the moment) - opposite Philip Chapman. They do at least seem to have a proper workshop on site.
Good luck

Sorry - can't help because I have never done anything with the speakers in my Cerbera. To be honest I hardly ever listen to the stereo - whats the point with a soundtrack to rival any other car this side of a Ferrari? Instead of cutting across town from Rownhams I deliberately drove back down the M27 last night with both windows down - and if that makes me sad then please explain the grin all over my face when I got home?
