anyone got any clever ideas to improve this? the std speakers in the doors and the rear are hopeless and the radio reception is totally poor to say the least!

I'm guessing this ones going a bit far ......
www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=30911&f=6&h=0
But the Cerbera's not a bad car to fit a bit of extra music in to, the helmet hole can be filled with an 8" or 10" at a push sub, the front set up can be improved with a good set of components, and theres plenty of space in the boot for an amp or 2
Somewhere in the depths of the web/PH theres instructions how to fit a better arial in to the rollcage from the boot over the drivers window sure a bit of a search would find it

Dont just go for the different aerial, AFAIK we switched back to the standard aerial when we had sorted out the earthing properly - its MUCH better now.

I've been thinking of doing the same for a while. I've asked around at the ICE places and most tell me that they can make a ported box from fibreglass for the cubby hole.

One guy told me that TVR make one ready to just slot straight in - something to do with most of the new Cerberas being specced with a better stereo install.

Does anyone know if this is true? I remember reading a while back that Joolz can sort out the stereo upgrade but can he supply just the sub box and ship it? (For those of us too far south!)

Joolz will do anything for cash! Seriously, this option, provided you use good quality components will transform the audio. You dont have to go mental money wise. I used an 8" Kenwood sub and an Alpine amp. Sounds brill. The box was a collaboration between me and joolz on his standard setup. I trimmed it in leather to match. Looks good. Noted your sub box at Joolz place Cirvy - beautifully trimmed! (jeezuz sounds like a line from Terry Thomas)
PS Dont be tempted with cheap amps or subs. The sound is pretty cak!
