Skid Training

Wife's birthday looming. Would like to send her on a skid training course. Any recommendations within 2 hours drive? We live in Surrey.

Chelmsford Police have skid pan day's, the Mid essex TVR RO has organised one for 29th March this year

The one at Goodwood Race Circuit is a bit low-tech (old Sierras on bold tyres on oil, last time I tried), but well worth the money, as you learn a lot & instructors are pretty good. And there's lots to watch ususally whilst waiting...

There's a place in Croydon. I did a half day with this lot through the car club at work: www.nationaldrivingcentre.co.uk/ Not bad and £60 when I did it.
