How much are you all paying for tyres?

Looking to renew the rear tyres on the car. It has the 18" spiders with 255/35/18. Everyone seems to agree with putting Toyo's on. Will I have to renew the front at the same time, does this have a detremental effect on the handling with two different makes on the car.
Where has everyone found to be the cheapest for the said tyre.

I was running Toyo's on the rear, and S02's at the front for a while - didn't notice any problems but this was for the first six months of ownership so was taking it easy'ish.

Now got Toyo's all round. Paid £300 for a set of fronts including fitting, valves, balancing, tracking etc. from Micheldever Tyres.

However, I was running 225/35zr18's on the S02's but was advised to go for 225/40zr18's in the Toyo's. (That was by a dealer, rather than the tyre fitters).

Everyone doesn't agree with putting Toyo's on, at least, I don't. I have SO3's and am very happy. About 600 quid all round I guess.
