AFAIK the oil pressure should drop a bit when the engine is warmed up (but not too much) if yours does this then 50-60 psi is fine. Remember that the gauges are not all that accurate and are more of a guide than anything.
If your oil pressure stays constant at idle between cold and warm then I would be a little more worried. If I remember correctly someone on here had a problem where something got jammed in the oil pressure relief spring/valve giving him healthy oil pressure readings when in fact the pressure was really low (if it is someone on here please correct me if I am wrong).
In general the above problem sounds very unusual and I wouldn't worry too much, everyone seems to have different oil pressures. Also if you are using a thicker oil than Mobil 1 then you will probably see higher pressures than someone who uses Mobil.
Hope this helps

I have a '96 4.2 25k miles. I see 60+ at idle when cold and 45 - 50 at idle when hot. 50 - 55 driving when hot. I use the Mobil stuff.
When I bought the car I was told that healthy oil pressure was essential on the AJP8.
Provided you see a litte change with engine RPM and temperature then I would expect all is OK.
Once you get used to what is normal for your car, beware of changes.
Cheers

Just got back from a run in the car, and mine reads the same. I've not had any problems - I'm only going to start worrying when mine starts reading something different.

My car was the one where the oil pressure reading was fine BUT it didnt move down as the car got hotter. Turned out my engine was chewing itself up but the probs were masked as someone had fitted a new spring but left a broken bit of the last one in place. Only cost me an engine rebuild, 2 new heads etc....
