My aircon blue light sometimes doesnt come on, sometimes flashes and sometimes works. BUT the aircon does work. I undrestand that this could be expensive to resolve ie it is a 'board'. anyone know if there is a way to get to this board and whether this can be sorted with a biot of solder and an led or whatever ?

i think the board is immediately behind the panel where the aircon button is,you might be able to spot a bad connection.

i found a spare board in my car(faulty i assume)and it looks pretty straight forward
