Anyone else struggle with limited headroom? I noticed the other day someone mentioned they were 6 ft 3, how do you fit? Once looked at a chim which was reputedly owned by an Aston Martin director, the floor under the drivers seat had been cut out and lowered a few inches to give extra room, anyone done this to a cerbie.....you can tell its Friday PM and my mind is drifting!

I'm 6'2" and just say fit into my cerb with the seat right back. I was thinking of doing a track day sometime but dont think I stand a chance of getting in the car with a helmet on.

I know it sounds stupid, but try sitting slightly further forward if you can, avoiding the centre bar overhead.

I'm 6'6" and fit no problem, although roll bar will probably break my neck if I ever crash!

The cushions (base of seats) on the front seats are held together by velcros and can be peeled off to give another 1-2 inches of height for the driver / passenger.

Essexboy - any more details on how you shoehorn 6'6" into your cerb. Do you go along with seat forward position(and pedal extensions at minimum) theory?

I have the seat as far back as it will go and reasonably upright. If I lean back slightly the roll bar touches my head. The pedals are about halfway, I tried setting them to the minimum but found I could not engage the clutch properly as the pedal travel took it too high into the footwell.

I always get asked how I fit in it, but trust me you can find a way (unless you are even taller than me, then you might need a convertible ).

All a bit acedemic today, as rear pax side shock broke on Saturday .
