I might take the cerb over to The Hague in Holland to visit a friend.
I can either go to Calais or somehwere a little nearer to The Hague (cant remember where). BUT can you get a cerb on a ferry/cat ie all the ramps?
when I am down in Poole I dont take it on the ferry across to the islands as I am worried about the ramps.

Hello,
I took the Cerb on a Ferry - and yes the exhaust did catch on the ramps. No damage was done though. I am sure if you took it a little more carefully than I did then you won't have a problem.
We were the first car on the Ferry and the echo inside the metal hold from the exhaust was awesome!

I take mine on the ferry all the time. It is likely to catch - it really depends on how high the tide is and how loaded the ferry is before you drive on, since this tends to effect the angles of the ramps.
People load cars with small amounts of clearance all the time and the ferry companies usually have some wood planks etc. which they can put down to make the angles less steep. Usually sorts it out - just let them know when you check in.

Hi,
With several S-series (S2, S3 and V8S) never a problem using the ferry Harwich-Hook of Holland. Don't know how S compares to Cerbera regarding clearance.
By the way: Hook of Holland only 20 minutes from the Hague, while Calais at least 3 hours. Trip on High speed service in less than 4 hours.
As far as I know only one or two Cerbi's in Holland, so nice to have another one visiting. I live close to the Hague, so when will you be in the low-countries?
Bye,
Peter (V8S).
