teething problems

Picked up the cerbie Friday evening, great to be back in a TVR.
Wonder if anyone can help with a couple of problems (obviously going back to dealer, but would like to get some other points of view!)
The car has an oscillating vibration (best way I can think to descibe it) @ 90mph, doesn't feel as sound as my '97 one.
The seat belt arm rubs on the side of the new shape seats.Having cream leather this won't take long to mark badly! Anyone else found this, & found a way round it??
Other than that car is superb, engine revving so freely it doesn't feel right running it in, doing my best to keep it below 3k revs !!
