Are there any good Independants in the Kent area?

We have been looking for one as well. I think the nearest is near Guildford. I think he's called APM Automotive from memory (he's in Sprint). We haven't used him yet but will when the time comes.

There's CastleSport, near Gatwick, although never used them myself. I don't think there are any independents in Kent.

Classic Dream Machines in Heathfield are main dealers but ok value for money.

Joolz is the fav independant on here, but a long journey (would be a great journey home though)

Depending on the task, i suppose depends on the reality of a trip to the midlands!!

I have used Motovation in Dorking, and had a very good experience of their work. Rebuilt suspension and did service plus rolling road tune. They are very helpful and appear to be very knowledgable. Didnt cost the earth either!!

Look no further than APM. He is the Joolz of the south. Great guy, one of the countries most knowledgable AJP etc experts, excellent value, totally honest etc.....

There is an alternative or two in the same area - chap just outside Guildford (Compton) but strictly speaking he is a Rover not AJP man. The other is Fernhursts (ex dealer). Fernies have always provided me (and my car) with a great service.
