The drivers window in my Cerbie has slowed down quite a bit recently, and compared to the passenger window is running at about half speed. Now I know the drivers window must see more action than the passenger side, so do I need to lubricate something or is the motor on its way out?

When the window is all the way down the remote closure does not send power to the window long enough to fully close the window.

Any ideas?

I use the same stuff that makes the tyre walls black. Its a very light oil and makes the seals look good as well as speed things up. I know some people have recommended a halfords product specifically for the task so might be worth doing a search.

Hi

Halfords do a proper Rubber and Plastic lubricant in a spray can.

I just sprayed it everywhere that glass touches rubber but I'm sure there is a more scientific solution!

Cheers
