Rolling Roads in North East.
Discussion
With all the posts of the actual against stated power of the 4.5, I would'nt mind having mine on the rolling road to see the actual graph and bhp figures.
Does anyone know of one in the north-east which will be able to do the job. I am still a little wary of letting my pride and joy be strapped down and having the @rse thrashed out of her! Any tips if I do get her RR'ed.

I know there is a rolling road just by the side of the A19 between Peterlee and Middlesborough, but have heard differing reports about them. Also I believe McDonald Racing at Lanchester might still have one.I used Mcdonald racing to set up a D Type replica in 1997.Might be worth having a word with Hexham horseless Carriages to see if they know of one.
Joolz knows a good rolling road near him in Chesterfield - I had mine on there a few weeks ago.
Don't worry about your pride and joy; yes, it's possible something will break, but mine was only on the rollers for a single run, which is a matter of accelerating up through the gears to 4th and then up to peak power. It took all of a minute or so, really.
Plus if you go up to Joolz's you get to use him to do all the dangerous stuff like sitting on the boot lip to keep the rear wheels down.
