Passanger Window not sealing.......

I have a problem with my passenger window not sealing properly (uuurrhhhhhh). Basically the window is not close enough to the body and when it closes it rides up against the top rubber slightly causing a gap.

Questions:
Can you adjust the angle of the glass (from within the door...)?
OR is it a set of new door seals? (the existing ones don't look worn or old though....)

It is quite annoying as it makes quite a bit of noise at high speed and lets water in if I leave it standing in the rain and don't manually push the window in to seal the gap.

Also, how much would a dealer charge to sort this kind of niggling issue? (any advise from similar problems would be great..)

You can't adjust the angle of the glass without major surgery as the runners are fixed. You can alter the 'height' at which the window stops though. All the gubbins are easily accessible by taking off the inner door panel [a few allen screws round the outside and underneath].

If your car is on the older seals, then fit the newer ones. You may have to shim out the door, but you may not [mine isn't shimmed out]. Make sure the window really is getting to its full height, particularly if you have new thicker seals. There are replacement chips for the window control box in the boot to give the motors some more grunt. You may need these too - you will definitely need them if you have an older car with older seals and put on newer seals.
