1st Problem. Any Ideas???

Had the Cerb out for a blast last night and after pulling into the garage I noticed puffs of light coloured smoke drifting out of the handbrake area. This stopped after a couple of minutes. I checked under the bonnet and all was well.

Went out again and same problem after pulling into the garage. It happens with engine running and continues for a couple of munutes after turning it off.

Anyone got an idea what this could be?

Looks like i'll be off to Hexam very soon. This is the first problem I have had in 5 months. I thought it was too good to be true.

Oil dropping on the exhaust from the gearbox maybe or oil/clutch fluid getting past a seal and burning off on the clutch possibly?

Yep... Had the same problem on my C8ERA, turned out to be a gearbox seal / gasket gone. So gearbox out to fix job I'm afraid!

Ouch,

My warranty says that any oil seals requiring removal of engine/gearbox are covered so fingers crossed.....
