Hello everyone as you have sussed by the title i am a proud owner of a new 4.5 the first TVR ive owned and i love it.I have just had my 1000 mile service at Castle TVR who were very helpfull even though i had about 15 warrenty jobs.......all small but time consuming i lost the car for a week partly due to the new starter motor taking three days to arrive, Is this something i should get used to or do the problems settle down?

I got a 4.5 second hand, after it had done only 5300 miles. 4500 miles and one service later, its running perfectly. Had a new throttle potentiometer at the service, otherwise, no probs at all. It pulls away much more smoothly than before with the new throttle pot - I actually didn't notice that it needed changing, this was spotted at the service. Great car, and really pleased with it.
