Hi All

Anyone able to share their wisdom on side light/main beam switch workings?

Looking for advice on where the switch workings are located for side/main beam. Possible faulty switch/loose connection or moisture?

Enjoyed an exciting (now you see me, now you don’t) trip home tonight. Thank the sweet baby Lord Trevor for kick ass exhaust notes or I might have been a road hazard!

Pop Pop.

Simon.

I had this one.

As has been mentioned, the control unit (on top of the fuel tank) has a connector which isn't really up to the job of running the Headlights for a long period of time, and it tends to burn out.

You will be able to spot the pin of the connector which is the culprit straight away - it will be black!!

A bit of delicate screwdriver work will mend it temporarily, but the connector will need to be replaced, or the wire soldered directly onto the circuit board (the long term answer).

Thanks one and all (and good to hear from you again Andy!)

Cheerio - off to the boot with screwdriver!
